Alright guys. Seems that the club has spoken. Here's what I need so I can fix my team:
1-someone to handle the division the clubs in. At all times you will need to have access to a second team. Mike has been doing a fantastic job at this.
2- someone to handle invites. This is one that takes wayyyy too much time. I've spent 6 consecutive hours doing this. It sucks.
3- someone to help me give advice. This is a crucial one but I know there are some guys out there capable. Bellboyz and bigflyguy have some good info and experience. Of all the responsibilities this is the one I'd like to hang on to the most though.
4- someone solely responsible for personnel decisions. This is one I've never been good at. This is a game and I really don't like booting. I don't envy whomever takes this.
There's a ton more. I just wanted to get a jump on it.
